The project study covers, where relevant, audit of the existing system and benchmarking, research and advisory, the listing of product specificities and their functional specifications (user stories) within the functional and design spec.

Visual design covers persona and experience research, visual identity and brand guidelines, wireframes and high-fidelity mockups (UX/UI design), wording, and high-fidelity interactive prototyping.

Technical design covers the mind map, application architecture (UML diagram, flowchart, tech stack and structure), the technical development spec and project initialisation (preparation for engineering).

Engineering covers the coding of the various products in scope (mobile app, web, software, SaaS, CRM / CMS, back-office), both frontend and backend, including technical optimisations (load performance, security rules, etc.).

MOE acceptance covers technical / IT testing (architecture, integration tests, component / data tests, etc.) and functional testing (feature conformity, end-to-end scenarios, interface tests and stress tests, 100 to 200 test cases depending on the project, etc.). Any anomalies are fixed.

MOA acceptance covers functional testing by you and your testers to verify the conformity of the delivered products and apply any necessary fixes or adjustments. This phase ends with the signing of a UAT (User Acceptance Test) sign-off.

Training and support cover a complete walkthrough of your admin console (back-office), such as data consultation, user identification and search, updating user information, etc. We also provide a PDF document and support for any questions or verifications about its use.

Once your solution reaches the maturity of the target version, we deploy it publicly on your production environment and stores: App Store, Google Play Store and the Web, as applicable. We then perform an initial go-live check to validate behaviour and apply any last fixes (offered period: 6 months).

Security and maintenance cover the protection and supervision of your solution through compliance with a security checklist, our technology watch, setup of alerting and notification via cloud-monitoring services for 24/7 stability supervision, and finally corrective, preventive and evolutive maintenance (time-and-materials or fixed-fee).
